Went out late in the season looking for big roosters - we caught one early that was medium-sized, but Felipe was relentless and stayed out until we got my big fish picture - a requirement for every vacation. This was my SECOND trip with Tag Cabo and will not be my last. Especially liked that in addition to being mindful of the fish by releasing them, they also circled back to pull trash out of the water. Class act

Today was a day for the record books for me! Started off meeting Arturo and the guys for the trip. Left promptly on time. Bait ready and boat gassed up and ready for the day. Was asked what I wanted to fish for. So I asked for wahoo if possible. Well it was haha got a couple nice sized wahoo. We had to weed through sharks to get them after the two wahoo and so many sharks around we decided to check out a different spot. For possible tuna marlin or dorado. Well that also paid off started off trolling and boom striped marlin. Started trolling again bam another one. Total of 3 caught and one with a distant release about 15 foot from the boat. Sawed off by the bill. Plenty of drinks aboard waters and beers sodas I believe were in there I don’t drink sodas. I am a beer and water kind of guy. Fresh made ceviche made for lunch. All in all I only use Tag Cabo Sportfishing in Cabo San Lucas mx. great outfit guided by people who love to fish. It seemed like is wasn’t a job for them but more for passion and fun. Very friendly crew and I am bad with names. Sorry fellas but you guys rocked it today. See you again next month already planned a 4 day trip with them. Thanks again fellas for making today such a re- memorable day!

We fished for two days with Tag Sportfishing in Cabo. We had a wonderful experience. The crew is dialed in to the fishing, they care about the experience. Both days the boats were fully stocked with live baits and all of the tackle and lures needed for a variety of offshore and inshore applications. I would recommend the boats and crews.

Had the time of our lives with Arturo and Tag Cabo Sportsfishing. He and his crew got us on the kings of Cortez. Beautiful boat, beautiful meal, the absolute best day with my brother and nieces. All were kind, knowledgeable, and catered to the little girls. Highly recommend if you're looking to fish with professionals and get on 'em.

Tag Cabo Sportfishing = the best! Captain Arturo is top notch & very friendly. He and his experienced crew worked very hard to put us on marlin, yellowfin tuna & dorado! We had fresh sashimi prepared for lunch = amazing. A highlight trip for me & highly recommended to all. Arturo might have the best laugh I've ever heard. I'm a big fan of his YouTube videos. Three of us targeted yellowfin tuna on the 28-ft center console and had an unreal day on the water with Tag Cabo. We caught fish every way you’d want to—trolling, casting poppers, live bait, and even on the kite with flying fish. It was the full Cabo playbook, executed perfectly. Captain Felipe Mayo was constantly working the dolphins, moving quickly and decisively to stay on the right pods and maximize our shots at fish. There was no wasted time—when opportunities showed up, we were already set up and fishing. On deck, Flacco worked nonstop, rigging, managing lines, resetting the spread, helping with hookups, and keeping everything organized and running smoothly all day. The whole operation was calm, efficient, and clearly dialed. We ended the day with 16 yellowfin tuna and walked away with around 200 lbs of fully processed, top-quality fish. We honestly could’ve kept catching, but we had to call it to make dinner reservations—and because we were absolutely exhausted in the best possible way. What really stood out was how far they went on the logistics side. Since we were flying out the next day, they went out of their way to make sure the processor turned everything around quickly, which made traveling home with our fish completely stress-free. The boat was fast, clean, and well set up, with quality gear and plenty of room to fish comfortably. Communication was great, the vibe was relaxed but focused, and it felt less like a charter and more like fishing with a team that genuinely wanted us to succeed. On top of all that, the customer service was next level. I forgot my hat on the boat, and Arturo had someone personally deliver it to me the very next day. That kind of follow-through says a lot. One other thing worth mentioning—Tag Cabo also offers spearfishing, which isn’t widely known. After seeing how dialed they are on yellowfin, it’s something I absolutely plan to take advantage of on a future trip to put a spear in one. If you’re coming to Cabo specifically to catch yellowfin tuna and want a crew that knows how to find them, fish them properly, and take care of every detail, Tag Cabo is the real deal. This was exactly the kind of trip you hope for—and the kind you talk about long after you’re home.

Had lots of fun kayak fishing in cabo. The guide Ricardo took us to a few marked spots and there was lots of fishing action. We caught over 10 fish and I wish I could have stayed more but the driver had to give me a ride back to the hotel. Highly recommend. Ricardo went above and beyond teaching the proper jigging technique and helping me with vacuum sealing the fish so I could take back home. I prepared a ceviche last weekend and it was really good!
