Best in all of Cabo!!

We have fished the Los Cabos Tuna Jackpot for the past five years and this has been by far the best charter company we have worked with hands down. I can't say enough about how happy we were with the experience we had working with Arturo and the TAG Cabo Sportfishing team. They were extremely professional, responsive and accommodating to all our needs and questions. As far as the team we fished with Arturo said he was going to pair us with his best and he did just that. He suggested we fish on a boat named the TailChaser with one of his best captain's Julian Liquidano. I had already done my research so I knew who he was and was extremely excited to fish with him. I wasn't disappointed! His knowledge and communication plus the energy and enthusiasm of his crew Lalito and Alfo was amazing. He had us on the tuna both days when so many of the other teams struggled to even get a bite. We caught 13 tuna over a two day period in the 40-100lb range but the 14th was the biggest. It was just under 200lbs and had us in the running to win the tournament. Ultimately we came up alittle short but we had the 4th heaviest fish caught out of 149 boats. We are already planning next year and will definitely be fishing with TAG Cabo Sportfishing!

First time with Tag and will not be the last. We booked TailChaser for a full day charter. Crew and boat were exceptional. 18 Dorado, 3 striped marlin and my First Blue marlin. Would definitely recommend, you will not be disappointed.

I fish with Tag Cabo 4 times a year. I travel the world to fish and this is my only choice out of all the charters that goes out in Cabo. We have totaled 9 Marlin, a trophy 68 lb Mahi Mahi, several big Tuna, and much more just this year. They study the tide, the water temps, drops, etc and are always going out to research new techniques and equipment. They absolutely love to fish, its their passion, and thats whats makes all the difference. Their crew are genuinely kind hearted people and show so much love and respect. The best fishing charter company I have ever been with! Went on 6 trips with them and everyone they were great! Filipe and Lalito are the best desk hands! If you come to Cabo and wanna Fish definitely go with Tag!!

My wife and just recently returned from a long weekend in Cabo where we were able to spend 2 full days fishing with Tag Cabo Sportfishing. We try and visit the area a couple times a year for the purpose of fishing and relaxing. Over the years, we have fished with several different charter companies and on a variety of boats. Tag Cabo Sportfishing has officially checked all the boxes! I believe we have found our home and the company we will always use while fishing in Cabo! On our first day we fished with Filipe (sp) on a small panga, El Jeffe. The boat was very accommodating and Filipe was very knowledgeable of the area. This is a very “hands on” experience, from assisting navigate the boat, helping with lines, and landing the fish. Filipe had us on Dorado within a few minutes of leaving the marina and we were on fish all day long. Filipe was very personable and spoke good English. If you want a good day fishing and catching fish, I would highly recommend him. Our second day we had rented a slightly bigger boat as my wife wanted something with more comfort. Upon arrival at Tag Cabo Sportfishing’s office in the morning we were informed that we had been upgraded to a larger boat at no coat. We had requested a slightly bigger boat for day 2 as we wanted to have the option for a chef on board. Arturo upgraded us to a 50 ft Bertram , Rhino Del Mar! Captain Ramon and his crew were fantastic and had us on Tuma right away in the morning, with my wife landing a Tuna around 100lbs! After that, we chased marlin were I was fortunate enough to and a stripped and blue marlin about 2 hours apart! The chef prepared fresh sushi rolls, sashimi and other fantastic food while we out fishing! This was a world class day in my book and will be hard to beat! Felipe aka “El Jefe” and his son Julio gave myself and my wife and 2 daughters one of the best fishing experiences of my life. I’ve been to Alaska, the Caribbean, Hawaii, Gulf of Mexico, Canada, etc etc and this was top notch. I specifically wanted to target Roosterfish and Tag Cabo put us on them all morning. Couldn’t have asked for a better day on the water. We will definitely be back!

Booking this trip was the best decision I have made in many years, Me and Arturo communicated back-and-forth for a couple months before I came down answering lots of my question. When we arrived that morning the boat that we had chartered was down he acted like it was no big deal he sent the 4 of use out on the 38 foot Albemarle "EL DIABLO" with Captain Jobe. One heck of a UPGRADE. They provided us with breakfast Burritos and drinks, We all caught a Marlin, I personally didnt not expect to caught a 9 foot Marlin nearly 200 pounds that was mind blowing we decided to release it (today I regret it lol) Until you have actually caught one of these fish you have no idea what you're in for it is such a surprise to actually get to see them and how they fight getting them to the boat is awesome and a workout. We fished from 7:00 a.m. to almost 6:00 p.m. to hit the last Marlin, Their knowledge of where the fish are at is amazing, when seen alot of Whales and Dolphins that was a bonus, Needless to say we have already booked for June 2020 already for next fishing adventure with them to go after Marlin, Tuna, Roster Fish and Dorado.
